Only answered calls are charged
If nobody answers, you do not pay. When voicemail picks up, the call counts as answered.
30 seconds, then 6 at a time
The price covers the first 30 seconds. After that, every 6 seconds costs one fifth of the price.
More volume, lower price
The discount is progressive, on calls and SMS: the unit price drops as your usage volume grows.
Prepaid credit
You top up your balance and use it as you send. Minimum top-up of US$ 20. From outside Brazil, pay by credit card.

Is there a monthly fee or a setup fee?
No. Voice calls and SMS have no monthly fee and no setup fee: you top up your balance and pay for what you use.
Do I pay for calls nobody answered?
No. Only answered calls are charged. When voicemail picks up, the call counts as answered.
How is call time counted?
The price covers the first 30 seconds of an answered call. After that, every 6 seconds costs one fifth of the price.
What is the minimum top-up and how do I pay?
The minimum top-up is US$ 20. From outside Brazil, you pay by credit card.
How does the volume discount work?
The discount is progressive: the higher your volume of calls and SMS, the lower the unit price. Request a quote with the volume you plan to send.
How much do AI voice agents cost?
FastFlow and FastVoice are priced on request, according to the project. Request a quote and tell us what the agent needs to do.
Other commercial conditions
Audio length
For the call to fit in 30 seconds, the audio must be up to 28.8 seconds long. With a keypad reply, up to 21 seconds, to leave time for the answer.
Content approval
Audio and text are checked by our information security team before the first release.
Sending hours
Calls and messages go out on the schedule agreed with you and respect the time rules of each location, with restrictions on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
